Job summary

B&Q plc is seeking a Partnership Manager to own and grow a portfolio of advertiser and supplier accounts within our Retail Media team. You will lead consultative sales, develop strategic growth plans, and negotiate media investments to drive revenue across onsite, offsite and in-store channels.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Category and Marketplace teams, manage forecasts in Salesforce, and use data-driven insights to renew and expand partner investments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Media or similar commercial environment.
• Proven track record achieving revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to develop account growth plans and manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of advertiser and supplier accounts, delivering revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities via prospecting and relationships.
• Develop strategic account growth plans aligned to advertiser objectives and media solutions.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and create media proposals.
• Negotiate media investments and annual budgets with advertisers and agencies.
• Manage forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce and report targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock revenue opportunities.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across onsite, offsite and in-store channels.
• Use campaign insights to demonstrate value and renewals.
• Stay ahead of retail media trends and shape the proposition.
