B&Q Limited in the UK is seeking a Partnership Manager for its Retail Media team. You will own and grow a portfolio of advertiser and supplier accounts, delivering against revenue targets and developing strategic growth plans across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels.

You will lead consultative sales conversations, negotiate budgets, and manage forecasting in Salesforce, partnering with cross-functional teams. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales or business-development experience in Retail Media or related field.
• Experience meeting sales targets through prospecting, consultative selling and closing.
• Strong commercial acumen for proposals and budget negotiations.
• Ability to develop account growth plans and manage a commercial pipeline.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecasting.

• Own and grow a portfolio of advertiser and supplier accounts to hit revenue targets.
• Identify, secure and expand new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Develop strategic account growth plans aligned to advertiser objectives.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and create tailored media proposals.
• Negotiate media investment and annual budgets with key advertisers and agencies.
• Manage sales forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce with accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketplace teams to unlock revenue opportunities.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across onsite, offsite and in-store channels.
• Use campaign results to demonstrate value and support renewals.
