Zusammenfassung

B&Q is seeking a Partnership Manager in our Southampton Store Support Office to own and grow a portfolio of advertiser and supplier accounts within the retail media team. You’ll drive revenue targets, build new business, and lead tailored media proposals across on-site, off-site, and in-store channels.

You’ll use data and market insights to shape recommendations, manage the commercial pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize partner value.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales or business-development experience in Retail Media, media, digital advertising, or related field.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets through prospecting, consultative selling, objection handling and closing.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing proposals and budgets.
• Ability to create account growth plans and manage a commercial pipeline.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, opportunities and forecasting.

• Own and grow a portfolio of advertiser and supplier accounts, delivering against revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, secure and expand new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Develop strategic account growth plans aligned to advertiser objectives and media solutions.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, creating tailored media proposals that drive results.
• Negotiate media investment and annual budgets with key advertisers, suppliers and agency partners.
• Manage sales forecasting and pipeline performance through Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and target delivery.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Category and Marketplace teams to unlock new revenue opportunities.
