Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc, on behalf of a global luxury retailer, seeks a retail manager to lead a flagship store in the United Kingdom. You will manage a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service and driving commercial and operational objectives.

As a retail manager, you will play a key role in leading a large and diverse team within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role goes beyond traditional retail management. You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey, maintaining outstanding visual and operational standards, driving sales performance and building strong relationships with brand partners. You'll regularly analyse performance, communicate business priorities, lead team briefings and identify opportunities to improve both the employee and customer experience.
