Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum plus contributory pension + bonus + staff discount + two full weekends off per month!

A global luxury retailer, specialising in beauty and luxury accessories, is looking for a deputy manager to run one of its multi-million turnover, flagship stores. The role of a deputy manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales through delivering the highest standards of service. Alongside driving service, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team. In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £36,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £4,000 per year. In this role you will only work two full weekends per month. You will also only work seven days in every fortnight meaning you have a much better work/life balance.
