Retail Human Resources plc is helping a global luxury retailer recruit a deputy manager for a flagship store. You will lead a large team to drive sales by delivering the highest standards of service.

You’ll take responsibility for the commercial performance of a luxury product category and for training, performance, and development of your team. The role follows a 3-on/3-off pattern with a bonus of up to £4,000. This is a highly customer-focused leadership role.

A global luxury retailer, specialising in beauty and luxury accessories is looking for a deputy manager to run one of its multi-million turnover, flagship stores. The role of a deputy manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales through delivering the highest standards of service. This business strives to deliver an elevated level of service that you won’t find on the high street. Alongside driving service, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team. This role is unlike no other and requires an outgoing, highly motivated, and excellent people manager to be successful in the role.

In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £33,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £4,000 per year. In this role you will work three days on, three days off, meaning you have an extra 52 days off work per year!
