Job summary

Lidl is offering a 23-month rotational programme designed to develop future Retail Managers across Stores, Warehouses and Supply Chain. You will rotate through Sales, Logistics and regional operations, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure from day one.

Year 1 covers core areas with progression to a specialist route in year 2. The programme includes a video interview and a regional assessment centre, with strong development and mentoring throughout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2:2 or higher.
• Eligible to work in the UK full-time with proof when required.
• Willing to travel regularly to Lidl stores.
• Full UK driving licence by specified date.
• Strong communication, assertiveness and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on mindset with desire to understand core operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 23-month rotational programme across Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Develop leadership and management skills through hands-on roles.
• Attend video interview and face-to-face assessment day.
• Travel between stores and regional distribution centre as required.
