Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2:2 or higher
• Willingness to travel regularly to Lidl stores and live within commutable distance of Regional Distribution Centre
• Full UK driving licence by February
• Assertiveness and confidence in communication, building strong relationships
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with understanding of core operational processes
• Enthusiasm to learn, develop and succeed in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Rotational 23-month programme across core business areas (Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain)
• Gain experience from Customer Assistant up to store management in year 1
• Move to specialist route in year 2 to build management experience
• Participate in assessments and video interviews as part of the process
