Lidl GB is offering a 23-month rotational leadership development programme across Stores, Warehouses and Supply Chain in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience from Customer Assistant to store management and later specialise in your chosen path.

The programme includes a video interview and assessment centre, with a commitment to develop leadership, resilience and business acumen within a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (2:2 or higher) required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a desire to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Spend Year 1 rotating through Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain to build core business experience.
• In Year 2, specialise in Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management and develop leadership skills.
