Job summary

Lidl in Wimbledon invites graduates to join a 23-month rotational programme at the heart of one of the UK’s largest retailers. You will move through Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain, gaining hands-on experience from customer-facing roles to warehouse and regional office operations.

In Year 2 you’ll pick a specialty track and build leadership capabilities to prepare for a retail leadership career. A demanding but rewarding path awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (2:2 or higher) as required by the programme.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis with proof when required.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Lidl stores and live within a commutable distance from the Regional Distribution Centre.
• Full UK driving licence by 1 February.

Responsibilities

• Rotational programme across Sales (store-based), Logistics (warehouse-based) and Supply Chain (regional office).
• Year 1: start in Customer Assistant role and progress to store management, gain logistics exposure and learn core processes.
• Year 2: choose a specialty route in Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain and deepen leadership experience.
