Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Colchester is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager to lead our shop floor, drive sales and uphold outstanding standards. You will work closely with colleagues and managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and keep the store ready for trade.

The role requires delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment, coaching colleagues, planning workloads, and making decisions that boost availability and presentation.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store. Working closely with colleagues and fellow managers, you'll help drive sales, maintain excellent standards and create an environment where both customers and colleagues can thrive.
