New Balance Athletic Shoes (UK) Limited is seeking a store associate to engage, educate and entertain customers, opening/closing procedures and maintaining high standards. You will contribute to KPIs, support management, and deliver excellent service from entry to exit.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, learning, and a passion for retail, with flexibility for weekends and holidays to support store performance.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience desirable or proven experience in a team environment.
• Demonstrate customer service skills.
• A passion for retail and sales.
• Desire to learn.
• Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes.
• Understanding of POS register systems.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following the correct company procedures.
• Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback.
• Support the Store Management team on overall store and back of house standards.
• Assist in training and coaching Associates To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey.
• Help to ensure the store remains commercial as possible following company guidelines.
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store.
• Perform other duties that as required from the management team.
