Job summary

NIKE, Inc. in London is seeking a Head Coach to lead a diverse in-store team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will manage budgets, develop staff, and ensure the store delivers strong sales while upholding NIKE standards.

You will partner with store leadership to implement sustainability, membership programs and digital services, fostering a welcoming environment for athletes and shoppers alike.

Qualifications

• Substantial, demonstrable management experience.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to build, lead and manage high-performing teams.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment in-store and lead a diverse team.
• Manage store budgets and operations to reach sales targets.
• Support NIKE's strategy in-store (sustainability, membership, digital services).
• Provide insights for optimized store positioning in the local region.
• Cooperate with business partners across stores and HQ.
