Job summary

Nike Wembley Factory Store in London is seeking a Lead (Supervisor) to guide a high-volume retail team and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll coach staff, drive store growth strategies, and embody the Nike culture with a passion for sport and teamwork.

The role requires substantial stockroom experience, proven leadership, and the ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team. You’ll work mornings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic, inclusive environment.

• Substantial stockroom experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Demonstrable leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
