Qualifications

• Stockroom experience in retail or hospitality.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Experience using tools for conflict resolution and coaching employees.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights and holidays as needed.

• Substantial stockroom experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Demonstrable leadership experience

• Leading your store’s team and business results/critical metrics, including budgeting, Spatial planning, product refill rates, drive stockroom excellence, display people leadership and management.
• Managing product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
