Job summary

Nike Wembley Factory Store in London is seeking a Lead (Supervisor) to coach and develop a high-performing retail team. You’ll drive stellar customer service, manage stockroom operations, and oversee day-to-day store performance in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work mornings, weekends, nights and holidays, with a salary that grows with experience. You’ll join a culture that values DE&I, development, and community partnership, while delivering the Nike

Qualifications

• Substantial stockroom experience in retail or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrable leadership experience.
• Ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution, employee coaching, and counseling.
• Available to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team that helps keep all store functions running seamlessly.
• Ensuring your store is staffed by attracting, assessing and onboarding future teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools needed to succeed in their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Leading your store's team and business results/critical metrics, including budgeting, spatial planning, product refill rates, drive stockroom excellence, display people leadership and management.
• Managing product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
