Job summary

NikeAshford is seeking a Retail Lead (40 hours) to join our team and deliver world-class service in a premium brand environment. You will coach a small team, drive sales, and ensure the store meets NIKE standards on visual merchandising, branding, and customer experience.

You will coordinate daily operations, support promotions, and maintain inventory accuracy while providing an engaging athlete experience and exceptional consumer service across shifts, including weekends.
