Nike Women Chelsea Kings Road is seeking a Retail Lead to deliver world-class service and a premium brand experience to every consumer. You will coordinate, coach and motivate the team, support daily store operations to achieve sales targets (including digital services, visual merchandising and promotions), and partner with store leadership to identify and solve problems while upholding Nike standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a small team of peers.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work FULL TIME, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
