Number One Shoes + Hannahs Ashburton is seeking a Key Holder to join our team. This trusted leadership role blends hands-on customer service with responsibility for the smooth running of the store, leading shifts, coaching others and ensuring every customer has an EDGE experience.

You’ll deliver strong sales and service, manage opening/closing, stock presentation, cash handling, and health and safety compliance while supporting the Store Manager.

Formación

• At least one year of retail or customer-facing experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and trustworthiness with ownership of store operations.
• Positive, energetic approach and passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Experience & Sales: deliver exceptional service, greet customers, resolve queries, promote add-ons.
• Store Operations & Standards: open/close, security, clean, well-presented, safe, merchandising, cash handling.
• Leadership & Shift Management: lead shifts, allocate tasks, support sales targets.
• Team Development & Support: coach Sales Assistants, onboard new staff, recognise performance.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: handle escalations and operational challenges.
