Job summary

CLARK'S in Croydon is seeking a Sales Team Member to support store targets and KPIs, lead by example, and drive sales during non-peak times. The role requires flexibility for a 5-day shift pattern, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering brand standards and exceptional customer service.

You would be responsible for maintaining store standards, assisting in training, and using technology to enhance the shopper experience while staying knowledgeable about products.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 5-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
• You would need previous experience as a key holder/supervisor, junior level is perfectly.

About the role:

We have a Key holder vacancy. We are looking for someone who has a passion for a career in retail. You would be responsible for ensuring the store hits its daily targets and daily KPIs, you would need to be able to manage a team of people ensuring they are meeting their individual targets as well as adhering to the service module. You will also be selling during non peak times and leading by example. You would also ensure the store standards were met each day. We offer full training and love to see people progress in store. We would be looking for someone that is fully flexible.
