Number One Shoes + Hannahs Ashburton is seeking a Key Holder to join our team. This trusted leadership role blends hands-on customer service with responsibility for the smooth running of the store, leading shifts, coaching others and ensuring every customer has an EDGE experience.

You’ll deliver strong sales and service, manage opening/closing, stock presentation, cash handling, and health and safety compliance while supporting the Store Manager.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of retail or customer-facing experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and trustworthiness with ownership of store operations.
• Positive, energetic approach and passion for delivering great customer experiences.

• Store Operations & Standards: open/close, security, clean, well-presented, safe, merchandising, cash handling.

TheRole

We’relooking for a Key Holder to join our Ashburton team. This is a trustedleadership role that blends hands-on customer service with additionalresponsibility for the smooth running of the store. You’ll lead shifts, coachothers, and ensure every customer has an Every Day Great Experience (EDGE).

Hours& Location

• Hours: 17.5 hours per week (Thursday: 10:45-17:15, Friday: 10:30-17:00, Saturday: 10:00-16:00)

WhatYou’ll Deliver in This Role

• Customer Experience & Sales: You’ll deliver exceptional customerservice every shift, greeting and assisting customers, resolving queries, andpromoting add-on sales. You’ll also role model great service for the team,coaching and supporting in the moment as needed.
• Store Operations & Standards: You’ll be responsible for opening andclosing the store, maintaining security, and ensuring the store is clean,well-presented, and safe. This includes merchandising, stock presentation, cashhandling, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Leadership & Shift Management: You’ll lead shifts on the floor,allocating tasks, managing breaks, supporting decision-making, and helping theteam achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Team Development & Support: You’ll coach Sales Assistants, supportnew team members, embed best practices, recognise great performance, andescalate any concerns to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: You’ll handle customerescalations and operational challenges, ensuring issues are resolved promptlyand efficiently.
