Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder for HOKA at location. You will help create the best possible customer experience, stay current on products, promotions and marketing initiatives, and engage with customers to respond to needs as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Wamiliar with in-store customer service and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Create personalised shopping experiences for customers.
• Address questions accurately and respond before the customer leaves.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including returns policy.
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members.
• Promote the store and brand image, including adhering to dress code.
• Be available to assist customers in-store or by phone.
