Job summary

Eden is seeking a motivated Part-Time Keyholder to join our store in Castleford. This 16-hour-per-week role focuses on delivering great customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the store.

You will assist with opening and closing, lead by example in presentation, merchandising and store operations. You’ll also help the team achieve sales targets, provide a great shopping experience, and remain flexible across late nights and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is desirable, ideally in a keyholder or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service orientation and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
