Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a motivated Supervisor to support the shop floor operations and uphold the high service standards customers expect. You will assist colleagues across shifts, help maintain presentation and store performance, and contribute to smooth daily tasks as directed by Store Management.

In this role you will lead by example in customer service, product placement, and brand compliance, and you will nurture a positive, team-focused environment on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold high service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail with solid product/trend awareness and ability to promote company values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
