Job summary

Go-Outdoors is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead on the floor, guide colleagues during shifts, and uphold high standards of service, presentation, and store performance. The role involves supporting daily operations and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

You will mentor staff, monitor service levels, and contribute to visual merchandising while maintaining a welcoming and organised environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor or team leader in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold high service and store standards.
• Passion for retail with strong product and trend awareness; ability to demonstrate company values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets expected standards.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
