Job summary

GO Outdoors LTD is seeking a capable store manager to drive exceptional service and strong store performance. You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a busy retail environment.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety and compliance, and work to achieve planned sales targets through effective planning and coaching of colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to plan, delegate and manage store operations.
