Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Supervisor to help run the shop floor and uphold high service standards for customers. You will lead shifts, guide colleagues, and support daily operations under Store Management.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent service, monitoring service levels, visual merchandising, and handling opening/closing procedures and till operations in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold service, presentation and store operations.
• Passion for retail with awareness of product trends and company values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets expected standards.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
