Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Supervisor for our Plymouth store to oversee daily shop floor operations and uphold our high service standards. You will support colleagues during shifts, ensure presentation aligns with brand expectations, and help manage till procedures along with opening and closing tasks.

The role requires previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail setting, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail to maintain store performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries on the shop floor.

• Maintain visual and operational standards; keep floor clean and well-presented.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and till operations as directed.
• Support colleagues and store management to run effective daily operations.
