Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and till operations.
