Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers confidently, help them locate products, and keep displays sharp and well-stocked to reflect our brand standards.

Join a fast-paced retail team and contribute to a welcoming environment. You will develop your skills, work with colleagues, and support day-to-day store tasks, including till work and safety procedures, during weekends and busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic approach suited to fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication skills; confident with customers and team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, helping them find products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share options, and support the full experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and replenished with displays that are fresh and on-brand.
• Assist with till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
