Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead to support in-store performance, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive customer experience on the sales floor.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets and uphold company culture.

This role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to adapt and balance multiple tasks.

Formación

• Education- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience- at least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate communication skills and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing and assertive; take initiative and be adaptable.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close routines for the store.
