Job summary

ECCO is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager in Greater London to support the Store Manager in delivering strong commercial results and leading a high-energy team on the shop floor.

You will drive sales, coach staff, handle daily trading routines, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining visual merchandising standards and brand presentation. This role requires proactive leadership and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through floor leadership, conversion, and customer engagement.
• Support KPI delivery including sales, ATV, UPT, and conversion.
• Coach and develop the team to improve store performance.
• Assist with daily trading routines and team briefings.
• Ensure stock availability, replenishment and shrink controls.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Support rotas, cash handling, opening/closing, and compliance.
• Handle customer feedback to protect brand reputation and drive loyalty.
