Job summary

COS is seeking a Floor Manager in London to lead a team on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and ensuring brand standards. You will guide styling advice, drive sales performance, and maintain store presentation with a focus on customer-centric operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to work varied hours in a premium retail environment. A high standard of English is essential for customer interactions and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level customer service with expert styling advice and engaging store experiences.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and ensure onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering the best possible customer experience.
• Step into Store leadership when required to maintain continuity.
