Job summary

Focal Systems is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to maintain and install our camera hardware at customer sites across the UK. The role involves working to required KPIs, with potential overnight or weekend work and a 6-month contract.

You will travel to stores, perform diagnostics, installations, and preventive maintenance while documenting activities and ensuring safety guidelines are followed. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven field service experience in installation or related work.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency using power tools and installation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Onsite/offsite maintenance of camera hardware per standards.
• Install, configure and replace components as required.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to service calls.
