Job summary

Bizerba is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Retail West Midlands, based near Milton Keynes. You will service, install, and calibrate a range of retail equipment, visiting customer sites to diagnose electrical, mechanical and network issues, and to train staff on operation.

The role requires a technicians background with strong problem solving, willingness to travel across the UK, and a clean UK driving license. You will also maintain tools, parts and complete reports as required.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing retail equipment.
• Willing to travel across the UK.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and install a wide range of retail equipment.
• Investigating electrical / mechanical breakdowns & network issues.
• Provide customer training on equipment.
• Maintain stock levels of parts for repairs.
• Attend to health and safety and quality standards.
• Write incident/call reports for line manager when required.
