Job summary

Bizerba (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Field Service Engineer to support retail equipment across the East Midlands and South East. You will provide on-site installation, maintenance and repair, acting as the principal technical representative at customer sites.

This full-time, permanent role is remote with regular travel across the East Midlands and South East. You will diagnose faults, maintain records, and advise on equipment performance while upholding safety and service

Qualifications

• Proven field service experience with industrial or retail equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across East Midlands and South East.
• Ability to work independently and maintain service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls with on-site diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Install and commission new equipment per procedures and site requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage and documentation.
• Provide clear technical guidance to customers and colleagues, escalating complex faults as needed.
• Support continuous improvement by feeding back recurring issues and recommending solutions.
• Work safely and comply with health and safety policies while representing the company.
