Field Sales Solutions is recruiting a Business Development Executive to lead a major retail territory on behalf of Imperial Brands. You will drive distribution, availability and merchandising across numerous grocery stores, while building strong retailer relationships.

The role requires a proactive, motivated individual with a strong understanding of retail dynamics and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a retail territory with accountability for distribution and shelf presence.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills within grocery/retail environments.
• Understanding of trade marketing, merchandising, and retailer engagement best practices.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your territory and be the professional face of the brand.
• Record accurate data and share best practice from the field.
• Drive performance against distribution, availability, merchandising, and coverage targets.
• Engage with around 200 major grocery and convenience retailers to deliver on objectives.
