Job summary

Imperial Brands is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive sales to retailers across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Coventry areas. You will build long-lasting relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver growth in market share and shelf visibility.

The role is field-based with a need for a full driving licence; Imperial Brands offers training, progression, and a supportive team environment in a global FMCG business with 25,000 employees.

Qualifications

• Previous face-to-face sales experience in FMCG is required.
• Ability to set and meet stretch targets.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Proactive and collaborative team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retailers and wholesalers to grow product sales in the territory.
• Drive sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets.
• Identify merchandising opportunities to improve shelf visibility and space allocation.
• Develop and execute territory business plans and coverage via field reps.
