Field Sales Solutions is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of Business Development Executives in the Key Account Retail Channel, representing Imperial Brands. You will translate strategy into actionable field plans across multiple territories and drive both trade engagement and consumer conversion.

You will coach and develop the team, manage KPIs, and ensure effective use of resources. A strong retail FMCG background, excellent communication, and results focus are essential.
