Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics UK and Ireland is seeking a Supervisor (Internally known as 'Expert') to create the Feel-Good Experience: our way of making customers feel amazing. You'll master deep product knowledge and help others get better at theirs too, while ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and targets are met.

You will deliver exceptional service, drive sales, mentor colleagues, and uphold rituals standards through training and workshops. Flexible for opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• Detail-oriented, organized and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer service - you know every product inside out and share their stories in ways that connect with every customer you meet.
• Win at sales and bring others with you - do great at your own targets while setting the example for your team members.
• Be the problem-solver customers and colleagues trust - handle complex questions and situations with confidence, while keeping the boutique running smoothly.
• Represent Rituals - follow safety standards, rock the Rituals look, and keep your product knowledge up to date through training and workshops.
