Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to help hit sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across all interactions.
• Keep shop floor presentation sharp, with clean fixtures, displays, and stock areas.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are visible and correctly displayed per company standards.
• Process transactions, handle cash, manage stock, and prepare deliveries as needed.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day store operations and coverage.
• Assist with additional duties as reasonably required.
