Jewells is looking for a Customer Experience Lead to guide the shop floor, boost sales, and ensure top-tier service. You will open/close the store, manage cash processes, and lead daily operations while delivering safe piercing services once trained.

The role includes fully paid piercing training, progression to management, and benefits like jewellery allowance and team discounts. 20 hours per week in Reading.
