Job summary

White Stuff in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Host for an 8-hour contract to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and support stock replenishment. You will engage customers, sign them up to newsletters, and promote our multichannel options while upholding data protection rules.

The role reports to the Shop Manager, involves weekend availability, and requires a team-user mindset to maintain high visual and customer service standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Meeting the ACE pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
• Promoting multichannel shopping by using the mobile point of sale system (mPOS) to show customers the products available across our channels and creating endless aisle orders.
