White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host in Glasgow for a 4-hour contract with weekend availability. You will deliver outstanding customer experience, engage shoppers, and support in-store promotions while using the mobile point of sale system to showcase products across channels.

You'll help maintain visual standards, assist with stock replenishment and events, and work as part of a friendly Retail team dedicated to a high street excellence.

Qualifications

• Understand shop KPIs and improve them.
• Promote multichannel shopping using mPOS to show products across channels.

Responsibilities

• Meet ACE pillars across the customer journey.
• Use mPOS to show products and create endless aisle orders.
• Sign customers up to newsletters and send e-receipts per data protection rules.
• Maintain high visual standards and replenish stock.
• Support stock takes and shop floor operations.
• Assist in events and promotions.
