Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry leading customer service.
• Create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime.
• Manage anti-social behaviour and liaise with those responsible.
• Engage with members of the public with a welcoming presence.
• Assist the public with queries in a friendly, polite manner.
• Support police and crime partnerships when required to aid crime reduction.
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to contribute to safety and crime reduction.

Main duties:

• To deliver industry leading customer service
• To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customer and colleagues
• To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
• To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
