Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking Elite security officers who can deliver industry leading customer service and provide a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers. You must hold a current SIA licence.

Various Shifts (to be discussed at interview). Role includes engaging with the public, supporting police partnerships to reduce crime in store, and wearing Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety.

Job Overview

Main Duties

• To deliver industry leading customer service
• To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customer and colleagues
• To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
• To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
