Job summary

Mitie is seeking Elite security officers in Weymouth to provide a highly visible presence, deter anti-social behaviour, and deliver outstanding customer service to colleagues and customers in store environments.

You must hold a current SIA licence and be prepared for various shifts. The role requires a full 5-year history and offers comprehensive induction, training, and benefits through Mitie’s flexible programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current SIA licence.
• Full 5-year checkable employment/education history is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• To deliver industry leading customer service
• To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customer and colleagues
• To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
• To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
