Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking Elite security officers who can deliver industry leading customer service and provide a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers. You must hold a current SIA licence.

Various Shifts (to be discussed at interview). Role includes engaging with the public, supporting police partnerships to reduce crime in store, and wearing Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current SIA licence.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and a professional demeanour.
• Able to engage with the public and respond to queries in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry leading customer service.
• Create a safe environment and reduce crime and fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
• Manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those causing it.
• Engage with the public with a welcoming presence.
• Support the public with queries in a polite manner and assist store teams.
