Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking Elite security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a highly visible presence that reduces anti-social behaviour for colleagues and customers.

You must hold a current SIA licence and have a full 5-year checkable history. The role offers contracted hours, paid breaks, and access to Mitie's comprehensive benefits and training schemes.

• 5-year checkable history in employment and education.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and presence.

Responsibilities

• To deliver industry leading customer service
• To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customer and colleagues
• To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
• To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
