Iceland Foods Ltd in Strabane is seeking a Duty Manager to join the team as a part-time Retail Assistant with a £2 per hour shift supplement when managing. You will drive store performance, lead a small team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining strong store processes.

Experience in retail supervision is helpful, with a focus on communication, shift planning, and hands-on leadership to deliver a great store experience for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback when needed to improve the performance of every colleague.
• Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.
